Group registration tool
If you want to register more than 2 people for ECR 2020 and receive one total invoice for all participants, you can use our group registration tool.
How to register a group:
Create an account for your group (MyGroupArea) and fill in all necessary information.
Now you can search for the participating persons in our database and add them to your group. If they don’t have an ESR account yet, you can create a new one.
You will automatically see the correct ticket type for the persons (depending on profession, membership type and age).
As soon as you have added all persons you can create a confirmation of order which can be used for bank transfer payments. Credit card payments (VISA or Mastercard only!) can be processed directly in your group account.
Once we receive the payment, the invoice will be created automatically and is available in the MyGroupArea (MyGroupRegistration).
You can of course add more persons to the existing group, starting with No. 2 again.
In January you will be contacted in order to choose how to receive the paid and confirmed name badges (containing first name, last name and country):
Receive the badges via postal mail by mid-February. Please note that badges will be sent at the end of January.
Pick up the badges onsite (or name a contact person of choice).
Let the participants pick up their badges onsite individually.
